Hey guys, I have a question. I'm trying to determine when the specialist stops accepting/canceling orders prior to the open of the NYSE. I heard someone say 9:25. From what I see in the prints, it's not the case (at least not always). Would this be in the NYSE constitution and rules? Does anyone know for a fact when that cutoff is?
