Today OEC was fine. I did not have a problem once. I hope this is fixed now. Did anyone experience any problems ?

My date feed seemed fine today. No freezes however I still got the error messeges when I zoomed out on the charts. I was told by support a new release would be out over the weekend. Also was told there would be some documentation on the new custom indicators pluggin within a week or so. Has anyone figured out how to import an ELD file yet?
Last two days the price feed, quote window, dom (i.e. network connectivity stuff) was just about perfect for me .....
That said there was a problem yesterday (14/3) with the Eurex price feed but they claim there was an exchange problem at Eurex (Dax, Bund etc effected) between 8.00-08.18 (about 30-15m before the release of the CPI data) - the data gap is still there on the charts, at least it was last time i looked..... the emini's were fine through that entire period.
Can anyone confirm the problem at Eurex??
If it was a genuine problem at Eurex then it DOES look as though they are on top of the network issues - it needs to STAY that way
For me the outstanding issue(s) now is a mix of different s/w bugs that i've come across recently
In general they need to improve their s/w QA process, which really should'nt be difficult, cause at the moment it is average to shite at best

Yeah during the morning all the bids/offers on the orderbook for bund bobl and schatz (probably the other eurex products as well) just all of a sudden were gone! I have had this type of thing happen before with OEC but I don't think it was there falt this time and eurex is to blame.
In a matter of minutes it was up and running though.
I still have a bad taste about OEC. I just wish they would get with the program a little and put some basics on their platform. I have asked them many times to put time and sales and spread charts on their platform but so far it hasn't happened and I have been with them for about 2 years now. They keep saying its on their "to do list".
See how well they do next week I guess.
