As you may be aware, OEC has been experiencing issues with our primary network in the Equinix data center. Over the past week this network issue has caused a variety of issues including the slowing/freezing of data on the DOM and traders being periodically disconnected from our servers. Thanks for posting the email, I never received it. Supposedly there is a software update coming this afternoon (I don't know if it is before or after market close, my guess is after).
