Quote from Bob Rowshan:
"According to the Associated Press, the city identified over 1,600 bodies but was unable to identify the rest (about 1,100 people). They report that the city has "about 10,000 unidentified bone and tissue fragments that cannot be matched to the list of the dead."

OK, this report doesn't seem to open the door to the possibility of additional off-list victims at all. (1,600+1,100=2,700)
Why don't these 10,000 fragments match up? I can think of numerous possibilities: Perhaps the fragments were so badly damaged/incinerated that no precise DNA sequences are readable.
Perhaps some of this material is animal, not human. (Not just animals killed in the attacks, but also from all the tons (literally) of meat items present in the WTC before the attacks.
Another possibility: DNA analysis takes a ton of time, effort & money. There are still people in U.S. prisons who were falsely convicted back in the pre-DNA era of crimes they didn't commit.
Many of these people have been waiting (behind bars) for years for the gov't to finally re-examine the DNA evidence relevant to their case. Maybe when faced with the choice of expending thousands of dollars and dozens of man-hours of scientist work, pre-DNA convicts were given priority over pea-sized WTC bone fragments that may not even be human.
I don't know- That's just a couple thoughts off the top of my head.
This entire discussion is pointless anyways; The families of 9/11 victims were compensated by the gov't & various charities with 7-figure settlements. That leaves us with only two possibilities:
A) Steve, a known serial bullshitter who's made numerous laughably false claims in this thread alone, lied about his family members dying on 9/11. Or,
B) Steve was telling the truth, but his family just couldn't be bothered to put themselves on the victims' lists and receive their multi-million dollar compensation packages. They have far better things to do than fill out a few forms and collect a truckload of cash... like telling lies on the internet, for example.
After turning down this 7-figure payment, my generous $15,000 offer certainly wasn't worth the bother to them either.
A third possibility? There isn't one. You're either a liar or a $X,XXX,XXX.00 money-refusing idiot Steve, and I think we all know which one is correct.
