"All-in" means including all exchange and NFA fees.

We currently trade through Interactive Brokers but are evaluating Ffasttrade. Btw, we heard about Ffasttrade from a post here at Elite Trader.
One annoying problem with the Citrix client for Ffastfill, Ffasttrade's trading software, is that it reverses the mouse buttons on my lefthanded mouse -- making a left click into a right click and vice versa. Anyone know how to fix this?
