Open E Cry what a disappointment!

Did anyone else using OEC have their globex quotes go down right after the fed announcement today? It went down twice - both times were the exact right moment to enter - re enter long. The people there seem quite nice - however in the one month I've been with them they have gotten my accnt balance wrong twice, their quotes have gone down during both of the last two fed announcements, and I had a trailing stop execute prematurely which they did compensate me for.

Can poor technical performance be outweighed by good customer service ?

Yea, my OEC software went down too after the announcement!Looking back over the past few months, when under high volume or other major announcements etc. OEC system has gone down as well! They had their chance, I'm moving on!
 
I've had similar problems in the past, not with OEC, but other places. Mirus offers NinjaTrader with Zen-Fire and not only is it fast, but very reliable. They also have a trade desk that is always picked up on the first or second ring.
