Open E Cry count margin on expired contract

I have bunch April emini-crude oil which expired yesterday(March 19). Open E Cry count margin on these expired contract and gave me a margin call. I talked to them and they won't change their stand. I am stunned and outraged.

Please let me know if you know any other firm do the same thing.

What am I missing...

You have a position. The position expired for trading purposes. Are you taking delivery or delivering?

Luckily emini-crude settles in cash.
Maybe you can declare force majeur, LOL!

April Mini crude contract is cash settled based on March 19's physical crude contract settlement price.

Open E Cry corrected it's mistake and gave me some commission break. Everything is fine now.
