I noticed you failed to answer the questions I posed - It's ok, I already know the answers, and they don't work in your argument's favor.
Kids can make meth from cold medicine, can't they? Isn't that why people have to show an ID to buy Nyquil in the drug store? I notice we didn't ban cough medicine.
Because it was a stupid question. How many is irrelevant if it just so happens to be a particular kid.

Kids die in car accidents. Should we ban cars? Kids die falling from trees - ban parks? Outlaw tree climbing? Kids die from stab wounds, or even in some tragic cases of being lit on fire. Should we outlaw knives and matches?
If one kid dies it is a horrible, tragic event - you don't put laws in place to affect the whole population because of some sick individual. If thousands and thousands of them die, there's obviously something that must be done.
So how many is very relevant when you're talking about making a law, or at the extreme - going against the Constitution.

If my child shoots himself or a sibling or a friend with my gun, statistics are my least concern.
It may be your least concern, but don't make it my concern. I'll surely be sad for you, but you don't have a right to take away my rights because you failed to properly protect your child. In fact, the law will charge you with endangerment because of your stupidity.
Sorry if you find that to be my dumbest statement, but unfortunately I'm not very surprised at how ignorant you continue to choose to remain.

At least I get a laugh when I see others replying to his illogical remarks. Some people are insecure and like to argue to be the center of attention .... I think that might fit in his case.
