Ooops! Everyone re-do your costs for Global "Warming"

I may really need your help soon. This morning my newspaper went completely crazy about global warning and COP15, I mean it's not normal propaganda it's hardcore. I am shaking writing it. on 44 pages they are 23 FULL pages on the subject...

The Edito starts at 99% of the scientific agree there is a imment danger... the 4th phrases :only a few DISSIDENT of the science disagree...

I am not a dissident ! I am a human being who think through different data input and get different ouput. It's doesn't make me a dissident. Next word after dissident is... Terrorist. However as it's old school now, they will need a new word... I don't know it ( or maybe climatedenier... like holocaust denier... no... something new! ).

I know now that IRON MONTAIN REPORT is true... A society needs an enemy from outside not to collapse... that's what they think! They think that humans are like animals...Wrong we love, we cry, we are sad, we laught... Moreover the market is smarter than anything... let'us FREE...

At last December's U.N. Global Warming conference in Poznan, Poland, 650 of the world's top climatologists stood up and said man-made global warming is a media generated myth without basis. Said climatologist Dr. David Gee, Chairman of the International Geological Congress, "For how many years must the planet cool before we begin to understand that the planet is not warming?"

Mrs Clinton and the Green Security Threat (Jan13th)
In opening remarks at her confirmation hearing on Jan. 13, President-elect Barack Obama’s Secretary of State designate Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations committee she would use the office to shape foreign policy that would fight climate change

“You Mr. Chairman [Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass.] were among the very first in a growing chorus from both parties to recognize that climate change is an unambiguous security threat,”
“President-elect Obama has said America must be a leader in developing and implementing a global and coordinated response to climate change,” Clinton said. “We will participate in the upcoming Copenhagen climate conference and a global energy forum. And we’ll pursue an energy policy that reduces our carbon emissions while reducing our dependence on foreign oil and gas, fighting climate change and enhancing our economic and energy security.”

Obama's Climate Czar
12 Jan 09 – Until last week, Obama's pick as global warming czar, Carol Browner, was listed as one of 14 leaders of a socialist group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, which calls for "global governance" and says rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change.
By Thursday, Mrs. Browner's name and biography had been removed from Socialist International's Web page, though a photo of her speaking June 30 to the group's congress in Greece was still available.
The group's Commission for a Sustainable World Society, the organization's action arm on climate change, says the developed world must reduce consumption and commit to binding and punitive limits on greenhouse gas emissions.
Mr. Obama, who has said action on climate change would be a priority in his administration, tapped Mrs. Browner last month to fill a new position as White House coordinator of climate and energy policies. The appointment does not need Senate confirmation.

The point about equilibrium is simply not true. The earth is never at thermal equilibrium (obviously - if it were we would have no changing weather, no rain, no wind etc). The weather system of the earth is highly non-linear and has so called sensitive dependence on initial conditions, i.e. it is what is popularly called chaotic. You can actually rigorously prove that there are no stable critical points, i.e. there can be no equilibrium (as long as the sun is still shining at least). Instead, the weather system is chaotic everywhere. In theory there could potentially be so called attractors that would keep the climate relatively stable, but no such attractors have been shown to exist, as far as I know. Instead, it is hard to find any time scale over which the climate has been approximately stable. The equilibrium assumptions in simlistic climate models are not physical.

Now, it is true that CO2 is a greenhouse gas, but it is also true that it is a relatively weak greenhouse gas. The debate is over the positive (and negative) feedback loops that supposedly exist. The historical climate seems to indicate that the negative feedbacks dominate. That is one of the reasons that so much energy has gone into re-interpreting the climate history by the climate alarmists.

The dominance of positive feedbacks has been mostly postulated and built into model assumptions which have then been calibrated with weather station data from the last century or so. That obviously gives a very good fit for the calibration period, but they utterly fail in out-of-sample tests. I know of no predictions that the models have made that have been both correct and statistically significant. There are lots of cases of statistically significant failed predictions and failed tests on out-of-sample data, though. The climate models show every characteristic of being curve-fit.

Recently, the first president of the European Union, Herman Van Rompuy, affirmed in a speech captured by the BBC his belief that "2009 is the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The climate conference in Copenhagen is another step toward the global management of our planet."

Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, asserts the real purpose of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen Dec. 7-18 is to use concern over "global warming" as a pretext to lay the foundation for a one-world government.

At the U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen "a treaty will be signed," Monckton told a Minnesota Free Market Institute audience at Bethel University in St. Paul.

"Your president will sign it," he said. "Most of the Third World countries will sign it, because they think they're going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regimes from the European Union will rubber-stamp it. Virtually nobody won't sign it."

He has warned the proposal would cede U.S. sovereignty, mandate a massive wealth transfer from the United States to pay reparations for "climate debt" to Third World countries and create a new "world government" to enforce the treaty's provisions.
 
WHAT A BLOODY MESS...
Australian weather records for an international database on climate change were a "bloody mess", riddled with entry errors, duplication and inaccuracies, leaked British computer files reveal.

The Herald found the criticism in a 247-page specialist programmer's log, unearthed among the thousands of files hacked from East Anglia University, which is at the centre of a climate change email scandal.

Labelled "HARRY-READ-ME", the log catalogues problems with the raw, historical climate data sent from hundreds of meteorological stations around the world.

The Australian data comes in for particular criticism as the programmer discovers World Meteorological Organisation codes are missing, station names overlap and many co-ordinates are incorrect.

At one point the programmer writes about his attempts to make sense of the data. "What a bloody mess," he concludes. In another case, 30 years of data is attributed to a site at Cobar Airport but the frustrated programmer writes: "Now looking at the dates. something bad has happened ... COBAR AIRPORT AWS [automatic weather station] cannot start in 1962, it didn't open until 1993!"

In another he says: "Getting seriously fed up with the state of the Australian data ... so many false references ... so many changes ... bewildering."

The log spans four years of work at the university's Climatic Research Unit, the British keeper of global temperature records. The programmer rails that the information has "no uniform integrity".

His criticisms relate solely to the construction of the database and do not question the validity of historical temperature records or analyses that suggest the impact of human activity on global warming trends.

Take an NBA regulation basketball and imagine it is the Earth. Put a 8x11 piece of paper on the basketball: that is our atmosphere. Very thin. We cannot continue to put CO2 and other GHG into the atmosphere while at the same time destroying the forests that 'eat' CO2.

There is absolutely no evidience that the Earth is cooling. For the last 50 years thousands of scientists have put in millions of man-hours measuring the atmosphere, tracking temperatures, analyzing ice cores and ground cores and doing Science knows what else. The conclusions are damn near universal at 99.99% that the earth is getting warmer, very quickly, and man is the cause of the situation. The cause of the current ongoing 6th mass destruction.

Now you can listen to these Scientists or you can listen to Limbaugh & Beck, who probably couldn't translate Fereinheit to Celcius, and industry CEO's whose livlihoods depend on fighting environmental initiatives. The average American has a very strong dislike of science, intelltuals, experts, and FACTS and that is why we see this issue dismissed by a large section of the country.

In the end it will not matter. We will not take the necessary steps to halt environmental decay because we will not take steps to reduce population growth or consumption. We'll stumble on down the road as a species until one day we'll simply fade away with a whimper.
