It IS defensible, because you have not provided a log of a flight with one of these magical EPs, with passengers and luggage?

If you don't think that commercial EV planes can fly with passengers and luggage despite multiple manufacturers across the globe completing test flights -- then you better tell all the airlines like United to stop planning out their U.S. commercial routes using EV planes which are commencing in 2026.

The primary limitation on EV commercial planes at this time is their short range which is only about 400 miles. However this range is good for regional short hops with smaller numbers of passengers which are typically done by CRJ-50s and other small planes currently.
EV commercial planes are taking off globally. There are airlines world-wide placing orders and planning to turn up service.

And also face the reality that EV commercial planes have a future in commercial air travel. Despite your assertions "only mini Fusion generators will make non-fossil-fuel planes possible and that is impossible at this time" - the reality that battery-based EV commercial planes will be taking to the air in about three years as regularly scheduled flights on major airlines and the routes are already being planned.

That is simply not possible, man! OMG, physics!
Well you better call all the EV Aircraft manufacturers and all of the airlines that are their customers --- and tell them that EV battery based aircraft are impossible and is a pipe dream based on your understanding of physics. And despite the many hours of design by experts and test flights their idea is simply not going to fly.
This might be a good time to mention that the primary driver for airlines to adopt EV planes are the operational cost advantages.
There is no chance in hell that an EP airplane will be able to do this in our lifetimes! Not unless we get fusion energy to power these behemoths!
