With all due respect to the OP, focusing solely on the reward while ignoring the risk is a classic mistake according to the trading seers who actually do this consistently well.
Try to stick with your business plan if you have one. If you don't have one, you're making a big mistake.

netted a gain (+) of $75.00 trading the YM & Comex Gold today...total p&l (-)94.00...should have let both run for big profits...but...profit is profit!!!
Hmm... think your risk/reward formula is backwards... maybe try and relax and don't watch every tick...

aren't you concerned that you are already going against your original trading plan of only 1 trade per day? On the very first day you put your plan into action you do 3 trades. Seems like you need to work on your discipline a bit.
