People who have used Dreamweaver in the past would find themselves overqualified now in the current drag and drop era of web development.

Dreamweaver was pretty tough to get into. I really wanted to use it because it gave sites a look that had depth. But, I was anxous to begin.
I gave it a few days. I switched to Joomla.
