Online education for trainees?

I have not seen any online education or simulator training by those who offer trainee programs. WHY WHY WHY? Instead they want people to do some stupid tests that i guess tell very little about their future capacity to trade well. (At least directional)

Would it not be smarter to invite people to trade in their simulator and based on result go on from there?

since when does a sim (especially short term) prove what kind of a trader someone is? When there is real money and it your own, trading changes drastically

Sure but as i said - it´s just the first step for learning discipline and rules.

there is wisdom in that saying. Most people think it is better to lose all their money trying to figure out trading "live". If you cannot make money on a sim, you definitely will not make it with real money.
