When interest rates were higher I opened an account with ING Direct. They're ok - very streamlined website. Hell, I live overseas and was still able to open an account using my US address.
But ING Direct services are limited. They are straightforward and don't monkey around with nickels and dimes, which I really appreciate. Just make sure they offer the services you need before you open an account.
