I think he's real. There are people like him in the world, and around every month someone in the US hits the news after acting on similar ideas. If this were satire, then perhaps I should do the same. A series of polls on whether he deserves to live for example. Where is the line, where does it stop ? Come on now, it's just common sense that these kind of hateful ideas have to be opposed.
 
A now classic joke is the drunk uncle who ruins every family holiday gathering by loudly proclaiming his Rush-influenced political views, spewing sexist, racist, homophobic and generally unenlightened comments as the rest of the family shifts awkwardly in their chairs.

Probably even worse and a lot more common is the college sophmore who ruins family gatherings by subjecting every passing comment to in-depth critical deconstruction analysis, looking for traces of sexism, misogyny, racism, homophobia, islamaphobia, nativism, micro-agression, climate denialism and of course, our old favorite, white privilege. In other words, Nine_Ender.
