One of ZZZZzzzz's charts Could someone explain the thought process

I have attached one of ZZZZzzzz's charts. He drew some lines and I'm not really sure as to what the correct thinking is. If someone could (or ZZZzzz) explain to me what is going on that would be great.

I do understand the indicator RSI, I don't understand what the lines on the chart represent.
