Not true, you buy SPY, DIA, IWM, FAS, SSO, UWM all the index etfs 2x 3x ultra-bull and just wait the next hour and half until they release the economic figures and play that bounce higher, by 9:30am you have made a weeks worth of profits, however your just better off holding until the 4pm closing because all those etfs you bought in the premarket are guaranteed to go up another 3-5% on the day.
