Somebody should be able to come up with something - beer, four leaf clovers, anything! It's the only reason I clicked on this thread to begin with!
 
The problem with having a long string of successes in life is that you start to think you have the magic touch and anything you do will work out. So the bets get bigger and bigger and risk management is thrown out of the window. Eventually, your luck runs out.

Once again, everything boils down to psychology and the need to curb your enthusiasm.

Traders: learn from this!!
