On-line Bond Trading Careers

Does anyone have information about on-line bond trading? What are the career prospects in that field or who are the main players? I know that TradeWeb is a software leader. Is Bond Trading a good career move for licensed, ex-equity traders and what is the realistic income potential? Any info would be appreciated.

that can steer you in that direction but my post was about

I'm thinking about employment with an online bond trading portal. Not looking for prop trading but more like traditional sales and trading. Any tips?
 
Don't go trade on the floor in Chicago. It's become untenable. Only exception is the Eurodollar pit. Certainly not the CBOT bond or note pits.
