Ron Paul is in the republican party, and it is clear that the libertarians are now a division of the GOP.

I also support, vigorously, gay marriage. Not so long ago we faced the same kind of discrimination.

Homophobia is unbecoming of intelligent creatures, and it would do you well to rethink your present position.

The assumption that he is an intelligent creature is a big leap. The asshole has been on my ignore list for quite some time now, and every time I see him quoted it re-affirms the wisdom of doing so.

He's a "fringe element" of the Republican Party as the neo-cons and other assorted "rightie's" have vigorously argued for the past 4-5 years.
