Well I don't sell drugs, and I'm pretty sure I am not a hooker, and I always bring at least 5k in dollars when I travel. I do it so I realize exactly what I am spending.

Seriously though, there are reasons to carry cash. I started carrying cash when I was once traveling and found I was limited to taking out 200 dollars per day.

When I got home I immediately went to my bank and asked them to raise it to 5000. They told me they would do it if I sign a piece of paper saying they are not responsible for fraud on my account.
