Omega-3

Fish`s bellys have plenty of Omega-3.Naturally.Of course should be frozen for at least 48hrs before cooking.
That's true, but we're talking about Omega-3's that really needs to be in your system daily. I doubt any of us on here can say we eat frozen fish bellies every day.

Not to eat it frozen, but if you bought it on the fish market i mean to freez it in your refrigerator for 48 hrs or so before cooking/eating.

And you can get it any day any time on your fish market i`m sure.Could be expensive as your daily meal of course. But concentrated Omega -3 in the capsules i doubt it consist there at all. It`s at best the fish bones flour mixed with something else.

No, I just mean that even if we all had a freezer full of them, most of us still wouldn't be cooking and eating them every day, hence the need for the omega 3 supplementation.

Ah.. i see.A matter of taste.Normally once-twice a week is more then enough, but then this guy can substitute bellies:

I used to keep a bottle(0.5 litre) of walrus` fat and it`s usually enough for year, a half of a tea spoon in the morning.Pretty much stinky, but you couldn`t replace that one with anything else.
