Just the other day I caught a nutritional discussion on a radio station. They mentioned a omega-3 option that was made from Algae and comes in a pill form. advertised as a much healthier option than fish oil. Its made by a company called Testa, look it up on Amazon.

If you want the max value and quality, then Carlson's finest fish oil is what you want. No fishy taste or fish burps at all. Just tastes like a lemon or orange flavored oil. You will want to store it in the fridge. I just take the cap off the bottle and fill the cap to the top and chug it once daily. Quick and easy.

Tried this stuff last night and this morning. Lemon taste, no after taste. Very nice. No fishy burp whatsoever.
