Oh I'd believe. My girlfriend ... fucking wow. I don't know if it's healthy for a guy my age to go like I have been. And I'm seriously doubting if I will be able to keep up this pace without some chemical help in the future.
Once started is TRT a lifetime commitment?
This gal should be locked away or something. Lol! I really can't list all of the things she's done to me. Am almost scared "of it," and looking into starting on Viagra. Never seen anything like this in my life.. Anyhow, for me trt is a lifetime thing until a safer way comes along. The males on the non-Italian side of my family are damned near all low test cases by age 35. Those who don't address it, seem to find alcohol to be a comfort. Sad...
I will point out, of you're on a low tank, and start trt, blood labs should be a monthly thing for at least six months or so. I'd be typing for hours about the things that can occur with the use of exogenous testosterone in the wrong doses for you. Too low, and you just shut down your htpa. Too high, and cardiac, hepatic, renal, etc., issues can raise their heads.

No difference. I would try a short (4-6wk) hCG at 250IU, twice a week. No AI should be needed at that dose. Then a couple months of clomid. Sure, it's no sub for TRT, but you're married to that position if you go on. Shutdown will be arduous if you decide to go off after a year or two.
