Yes, but will say, this was as close to castration I can ever imagine! And was taking 10x the weekly therapeutic dose of testosterone, as well as other androgens.:eek: Took me months, after months to be semi normal again. Took at least a year to feel like I did before ingesting the shit.
 
Thanks for the thread. Although I'm not an iron head I've always taken away great general health info from the several of these threads convexx has started. Some of my hair is beginning to leave the building, any advice on proper nutrition and/or supplements to fend that off?


yeah, as leap suggests; Nizoral; minox; and this shampoo works. Somehow. I don't think the mechanism is clearly understood, but it does work.

I have hair like horsetail. I have to get a cut every three weeks. I don't have the MPB problem, but friends swear by this stuff.

It tastes great. Just eat it off the spoon.

I was a mod of a PL board and there was a really helpful member who implemented a "sample of one" study in which he took 600mg of a softgel daily for a week, with blood-work on day-7; three hours after taking the last 600mg softgel. Plasma conc. was taken by two tests as well as Cardio ION. He worked in a teaching hospital.

He took a month off and then did a week of the coconut oil + CoQ10. 600mg daily with blood three hours after the final dose on day-7.

IIRC, the PC was 7x higher than with the softgel. Some wanted to test ubiquinol but it's pointless as it's so freely converted.
 
The Tmax is like 6hrs with an elimination half-life of over 30hrs. We should have done 6hrs. Really amazing stuff. HDL/LDL ratio improvement is proportional to intake up to 2.5g daily. Really a diminishing return above 1200-1500mg.
 
Yeah, I prefer the coconut-Q10 at room temperature. My family (6 of us) go through a 14oz jar in less than a month. The kids all take it after breakfast. Some of them actually remind us to give it to them. The are advantages to supraphysiologic doses in kids; ADHD, autism, etc. One of my kids has ADHD but extremely high functioning and it's a "lightbulb" moment.
