Until getting this Galaxy S5, next to never posted pics. Anyhow, glad the gal from the Pharmacy is cool. And just enough! Is 500g BCAA's which will last no time, and 500g NAC. 10 bottles "Cycle Support" which I'm actually using for fatty liver, not gear. But looking at the ingredients, I am a fan:

Thanks for the thread. Although I'm not an iron head I've always taken away great general health info from the several of these threads convexx has started. Some of my hair is beginning to leave the building, any advice on proper nutrition and/or supplements to fend that off?

DHT at the scalp. Am thinning as well, and it's terrible! Propecia and proscar, both Finasteride, and destroy like I do for me. Saw palmetto, nothing to write home about. You can get a 2% Nizoral Rx, and may also want to look into topical spironolactone. Good luck, as this is a genetic issue. In addition, once you stop the topicals, yep, hair loss resumes...
 
Don't take propecia or proscar. Trust me. In a minority of guys, it causes indefinite sexual side effects. Go for the surgery instead. Wish I did.

Also, am hearing a large amount of the transplanted hair will be gone in well under a year.. I often wonder if there's any alternative besides me buying some more razors, or buying some toupee's. Would be able to switch up between regular guy look, all the way up to a full afro. Lol!

All I can say is I much rather have gone through life bald, with boners. Then hair, with no boners (except Viagra). Cautionary tale.

Jeez.. Spell checker... Anyhow, meant the finasteride destroys libido for me as well. Will NEVER touch the stuff again, and that's no kidding! And this had to have been 12-13yrs ago, and a little too much test suspension daily, as I started on Proscar tabs broken into 4ths. Was also taking..well, quite the amount of testosterone, and was STILL like finding an old man in a nudist colony; wasn't hard...
