Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

I haven't gone into protein/BCAA, but for the longevity stuff:

CoQ10
EPA
ALCAR
ALA
Keto DHEA
Astragalus
Resveratrol
multi

I buy CoQ10 powder (sourced from Japan (Kaneka)) and add to coconut oil. I melt 14oz of coconut oil on low heat in a sauce pan. Once it's liquid I add the oil back into the jar and add 60g of CoQ10 powder. It's approx 1g per tsp. I take 1-2 tsp per day. The plasma conc. cannot be achieved with any other preparation.

I used to consult with IFBB guys. One of whom placed 5th in the Olympia.

Ok, here we go. And looks like I can start this now. The bag on the above pic is 50g. I can either order another bag, or if you recommend, go ahead with the 50g bag with 14g Jarrow's. I have some very evil scales that are 0.001, and can get the jar contents down to an exact 14oz, but after doing some mental math, with my 50g vs your 60g, how about 12oz Jarrow with 50g Coq10? Also, once it leaves the pan, I have a case of these I've been procrastinating with, but ready to go now:

Will also use a stainless pan, as I do have some fears over the non-stick stuff. Headed to kitchen now. And once it cools to room temp, and post-mixing, immediately to fridge?

Here's what the CoQ10 looks like approx 18hrs after adding to the warm coconut oil. It will eventually solidify/become homogenous. ~56g added to 13oz of coconut oil:

And would that be a teaspoon being 1g dose?
Also, what was your dosing recommendation? Especially for those with genetic heart disease, steroid users, etc.,

Use a pot. Add a few cups of water and start the heat. You're essentially double-boiling (don't boil); indirect heat.

Heat until it's in a liquid-state. Add CoQ10 powder. I just leave it in the pantry. I cannot stand the house above 65-degrees, so it stays cool. The stuff is homogenous as it's lipid-soluble. It cannot come out of solution.

It's approx. 600mg per level tsp. I would take one tsp at waking and one at bedtime. 1200mg daily.

Ok, here we go. And my math.. No, I was just lucky getting EXACTLY 14oz + the 50g CoQ10 in the Ball Jar. First pic, is final product, second is the residue left on in the Pyrex* and my make shift funnel, since my Son lost the last one. How does one lose a food funnel?? Anyhow, this must be some wicked good stuff!
* Reason for the pyrex glass, is I was NOT gonna use a non stick pan, and since my stainless stuff was several states away,:( stuck with pyrex glass in a non stick pan, on low heat, stirring as it melted. Added the 50g CoQ10, after it cooled to touch.

MUCH appreciated! And lmk how it looks! I imagine this stuff is evil good!

Will do! And is there any maintenance such as needing to shake, or stir as it cools, or is it like a depo, suspended across the oil evenly?

You're at about 500mg per tsp, based upon 14oz of oil. I did the conversion on 56g and 14oz. My last mix was 13oz + 56g. Anyway, two per day is still excellent. This is roughly 4x more bioavailable than taking a softgel.
