Sorry for the long post. I only do oly lifts and squats, pulls, presses etc. I weigh about 105 kg. I want to lose some fat and slowly move down to 94 kg. I usually lift 4 times a week. Generally the first 1/2 of my workouts feel great and then I drag ass for the second half (usually around 2.5 hours per workout).
Can anyone recommend a pre-workout supplement that will help me keep me lifting strong for the full 2.5 hours?
I should mention that I basically only take creatine and protein powder and eat whole foods. I try to eat some carbs 1.5 hours before I workout and then some faster carbs after I'm done (both with protein). I don't want to screw up my fat burning.
Any advice would be welcome.
This sounds like my training sessions. I'm training to compete in olympic weightlifting and 2+ hour training sessions is pretty common, but there is a lot of sitting around. Just make sure you're eating a lot during the day. I try to have a meal about 90 minutes before I work out. I'll put some bcaa's in my water bottle and might have a protein bar during the workout.
), will put out some feelers for the TA-65.
