Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

Has anyone ever tried the Bulletproof Coffee recipe of 2 cups coffee + 2 Tbsp Unsalted Grassfed Butter + 2 Tbsp MCT Oil?
 
Yeah, I will go through a couple of bottles and then take a break for a while and then go back to it. I pretty much always take what the bottle says, which is 200mg twice a day. My current bottle is from Labrada Nutrition but I find it to be inferior to the bottles I previously got from E-Pharm.

E-pharm says take 3-6 capsules 3 times a day.

3 capsules are 150 mg

How many do you normally take when using e-pharm?


I've always just taken 3 at a time, 3 times a day but have been experimenting with more for about a week now.

Yesterday was leg day. I started with 5K on the Concept2 rower. I am buying an Oartech this week (dynamic rower), just to mix it up a bit.

Squats 5x5 (drops) with 2 warm-up sets at 200x12. 60 thrusters at 120. 30 overhead squats at 120 as well. Another 3K on the rower.

Today is chest/tris.

Sick. I want to learn to clean and do full Olympic lift. Did 8 sets x 7-8 plates a side on the incline leg press tonight. Nursing a minor lower back twinge.
 
I would like to hear from others about their splits and even CrossFit WODs. I'll update this thread with my supplementation and diet as well.

32 years old, 175 lbs.
squat 405
bench 275
deadlift 425.

my goal is to get a 1200 total @ 165.

rogue makes some sick stuff, i definitely want to get their westside power bar and reverse hyper.
 
Generally I am not going to mention working sets (lbs) as some will call BS and others will ask why not more. ;)

Missed chest yesterday, so it'll be today.

you are not the only options trader(more futures nowadays)/power lifter

48 yrs old , 230 pounds

these are last weeks work outs which are "maintenance setups" as i am not training for a comp currently. i used to do them 1-2 times a yr..but my last one was 5 yrs ago..drug tested in tampa. got second in my age/weight group.

squat 4 sets of 5 @ 325

bench 4 sets of 5 @ 330
and of course all the other muscle groups are hit during week..

no dead lifting past few months.

and as mentioned, riskarb has put some real time in helping me on last comp..of course i could follow his stuff a bit better.

I was taking 4 caps twice daily on my last run. I can't ever remember to take anything 3 times per day. All I know is that I would feel very warm physically on the E-pharm caps, even just sitting on the couch, but I don't feel that way at all on this Labrada brand.
