Olympic lifters/Crossfit workout and diet thread

Hi Leap.

Unfortunately, there is a slight wobble on mine. I always just assumed it was because I had two "day laborers" put it together along with some other equipment, but I see Drownpruf has the same issue so maybe it's not a good fit for you.

Quick funny story about the wobble-

The Ironmaster bench comes with a "home workout pamphlet". Some barn animal showing how to use the equipment. Long story short, that pamphlet was immediately put to good use...it was torn up, folded over, and wedged into the small space that was causing the wobble.

Problem solved :D

It sounds like it may be in the bench if you and drown are having a slight wobble. I guess I could always add metal shims, but I hate to do that if I can avoid it. Having to move the shims around all the time, etc.,

His lifts are great, but I can tell from looking at him that you cannot maintain that mass and participating in those events, without PEDs. I don't see the point of "competing" to be average at any discipline. He's far too big to be remotely competitive for the Ironman, let alone an elite marathon/ultra event.

He probably gets a lot of satisfaction from being able to participate at a fairly high level in multiple disciplines. And he is rather elite in his chosen profession - training athletes.

But I was searching for comparisons between him and trading. You know anybody who is excellent at both short and long term trading? Someone who can read both the small fluctuations and the big macro?

You may want to think about upping the mg of astaxanthin. I used to 4mg, but upped it to 12mg. There was a noticeable difference.

I am a fan of astaxanthin because it is one of the few anti-oxidant that will not oxidize and cause harm rather than good.

I take with a clean high dha/epa O-3, for optimal brain health and development.

This is what I use, at the time it was the least expensive 12mg, obviously that may have changed
