Can't get the link to work. Guess I'm as slow...well, Ronnie's a nice guy. Just interesting to hold a conversation with. LOL! Last time I worked a booth at the Arnold (10yrs ago), he said "you always smilin' bout somethin." I loved talking to Ronnie, it was just funny trying to keep up at times. Nice guy though!

I was at the Arnold 11Y ago and Ronnie was in the audience during show PL exhibition. He was wearing a lavender suit and hat, lol. I couldn't believe his width. It was surreal.
 
Why he wouldn't at least vary up his veggies blows my mind. Dude must absolutely love some green beans.

If anything, it's clear he is putting the bare fucking minimum amount of brainpower into his diet. And eating all that junk farm-raised tilapia is definitely not the best choice for sure.

He picks the worst possible fish as a protein source. I too love Tilapia but can't bring myself to eat it.

I'll be in Sonoma for a week and won't have access to legit eq. until I get back... what iso-exercises do you guys do on vacation? Handstand PUs? Decline PUs?
