OK, so what's the damage going to be? Did the trader tax make it into the plan?

Anyone know if Amerika will now screw traders? What kinds? Futures? Stocks? Options? Forex? Is there any safe haven other than going to foreign exchanges? Did the trader tax pass, and what is the final version of it?
 
Securities Transaction Tax was not in the bill... but if you have wooden arrows in your quiver, you get a tax break.

Trade until it hurts, our days are numbered... 5 years max, imo
