I guess maybe, it is Al Gore. An inconvenient truth. Remember that? So, gets filthy rich from his political connections, one of which is Apple which gave him like hundreds of millions. So, he has this gargantuan mansion wasting lots of electricity and water. Flies his jet back and forth over the skies and polluting the skies and it is fine if he can just pay a carbon tax? Can you see they hypocrisy and uselessness of these extreme liberals? Al Gore is polluting the environment how many times more than any of us yet, he continues to act like he is doing a great thing about polllution? Do as I say, not as I do?

If you actually read the NHTSA report that is NOT what it says. This is just fiction invented by the Guardian

It simply states that any increase in emissions based on the freeze in gas mileage standards policy for light trucks and cars is so meaningless against global emissions that it would have no impact even under the worst case scenario for AGW warming. The report at no point state that climate change is true - it only states that the change in emissions policy has negligible effect on any possible warming under any Climate Change model including a worst case climate change model.
