Rtrader: I was thinking the same thing...still working an order in Jan lumber though. Its getting near all time lows on the continuous at 180.50. Also am starting to look at Live Cattle of the April variety...not ready to pull the trigger just yet though.

Also, looks like your belly/lean idea is about to come to fruition...bellies may come into a nice sell point next day or so, leans need one more good selloff before they get to a buy point for the spread.

i wouldnt fuck with bellies lean till 30 or greater to bellies. its at 27 right now

im long jan lumber at 202. I may have jumped the gun a little but i have a small pos. so well see how she goes

I think the grain and soft markets direction continue to be dictated by S&P's and carry trade on a short term basis.

All commodities are down big. see index. my radar tells me only 2 markets holding their own may reverse the trend - Natural Gas and Oranje Juice are not being sold too heavily but not yet ripe to enter long

yeah natty has been behaving wonderfully lately, 6.50 is rock solid support. ive been in an out in and out. I will re enter ongs 6.70 and below good place to make a postion imo
