Funny how people here are blaming the SEC. They're actually rather on our side in this if there is such a thing. If you work for the company, you shouldn't be handing out "stock tips".

it is a philosophical difference on whether insider trading should be banned or not. then there is a question of definition of what makes someone an insider,

NOT sure why the SEC insider case against Mark Cuban; but i'm sure they know more than CNBC.:cool::cool:
