Oil is surging ..15% rally from lows

oil surging again. nothing can stop it. The demand is still rising, while supply is being cut. Middle east tensions remain, and Obama won't pull out of Iraq anytime soon. More deficit spending to continue war in Iraq and put more troops in Afghanistan.
