Oil is currently down 4.5 percent, losing nearly 2 dollars.

The global economy has slowed and the world is researching newer and cleaner energy sources. For these reasons, I think that oil has not bottomed yet.

$18 by the end of 2009.... ridiculous bet huh?

is it being traded today? or do you mean the close compared to yesterdays high?
