Yep. Now the question is, does the M turn into an extended W, or a continuation lower? Another possibility is range bound. Range bound makes it easiest to trade once established, imo.

IBM has lost 30%+ of value. They pre-announce and reaffirm.

Market wacks it to oblivion no matter what. Imo, total disconnect between reality and markets. But markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent. That said, I would be looking long IBM in tiny shares.
