Everyone thinks there is a shortage of oil and it's becoming scarce

Maybe the better trade is to buy major construction companies, asphalt suppliers etc as Bush & Co hand out multi-billion dollar reconstruction contracts to their friends.

I wonder if all of the refined gasoline for the Hawaiian market is being shipped to the lower 48 now. So much for price supports.
