Oh No, NOT Another S&P EMini journal...

1. All trades will be closed the same day unless otherwise noted.
2. Technical Indicators used are:
Tick
Bollinger Bands
Stochastic
MACD
These are the ones usued regularly. Others maybe used on occasion
3. Trades opened and closed using one minute chart. If the market goes against me, 5 minute chart (occasionally 10 minute chart) will be used to exit trade.

Other criteria will be posted as I examine my decisions.

I did not know how to attach an Excel table. SO I cut and pasted it , but it looks terrible and hard to read. Sorry for my ignorance. I will do better about tomorrow's trades.

maybe do a screen shot of the spreadsheet or just the totals for the day. the P/L 2006 thread has lots of examples of how to get and post a glimpse of your trading day.

Hi, lwlee.....
you are right, I am a scalper. Everyone has to choose what fits them, and this fits my personality.
I don't concentrate too much on what I pay in commissions. WE all have to make a living. I look at my bottom line. If I have a dollar more (net net) today than I had yesterday, I am happy. And, if I have created a job for someone else in the process, that is great.
(PS: My commissions are extremely low, due to the volume I do every day)

I wanted to post a thought here that comes to my mind every time someone talks about high commissions.
DO we ever think, when we go into a bank and buy a CD, that we are paying too much commission? I don't think so. But in reality we are paying for bank employees paychecks, rent on the bank building, etc etc. and settle for a small "guaranteed" interest. At least I have a chance in trading to "negotiate" my commissions to the lowest I can get.

(By the way this is not intended as a defense, but only to share my thought process. I hope others will critique me and show the flaws in my thinking)
