If it turns out this young man did go after his own family for millions in damages.. The guy knew her from when he was seven when she played his mom. It seems improbable that she would do this to him at seventeen.

Shall we give her the same guilty by mob rule that the men get when accused by nothing more than he said, she said? To remain consistent I'll take the same position I have done with the guys. She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and has every right to deny the charges without public persecution. It would just be nice if that were a two way street in these sexual assualt cases.
The guy in this case does seem like a real piece of work, so his credibility isn't all that great to begin with.
I agree that it was poor judgment on her part to be out in front of this when she herself had apparently paid a settlement.
I disagree that her having sex with a 17 or 18 year old actor is any way equivalent to being raped by Weinstein. It might be unseemly but it was consensual and the idea this poor youth was horribly scarred by the experience is nonsense.
This is a perfectly example of lazy half assed thinking bullshit.
Interesting that Asia Argento abuses her position and power to coerce younger people to have sex with her..... and then goes & accuses Harvey Weinstein of abusing his position and power to coerce younger people to have sex with him.
The difference here being that Argento groomed him from 7 years old. Weinstein bagged her in her 20's.
For what is worth, Argento forced herself onto the 17th year old and performed oral sex on him; Weinstein forced himself on Argento and performed oral sex on her.
