Of course. One of the articles just used it as a spoof. It is not about the photo. It is about the historical facts in the article and the fact that Canadian BLM accuses Trudeau of being racist. Thus showing that even those who think they live in the Tibet of the North Woods and are not like those nasty Americans are not untainted.

I do like the bit about someone making money from collecting $10 from 17 million members. At their heart such organisations become about the leadership retaining and expanding their personal power and wealth.
