Interesting. Pretty much parallel to my own thoughts.

Just fyi my family made a fuck ton of money during Clinton I and II. Think my old man pulled over 13m first year of Bill Clinton. He invented residual value insurance for leased car fleets. His first client was Nissan. Most of the money was made holding the premiums for 60 days before paying the underwriters lol. Later he underwrote everything himself. Not exactly Warren Buffet but not bad for a Stanford MBA.

I delayed bolting for one week so I could early vote Monday morning. Whatever. I literally don't care about the outcome because it simply isn't going to affect me either way.

Not sure I'm heading into the Pacific after all. Got new sails cut here in Florida on a whim at North Sails and gonna schlep them down with me. They look uhm... ok. Thinking that I will pony up and cross canal and bring her on home. My sense is that the rigging will hold for one more rough passage. Gonna try to re-do the brightwork here in Florida. Just want my shit in a tight little group for awhile. Got a new friend and she says she isn't afraid of weather. We'll see LOL. I honestly just need someone who can make me a fucking cup of tea while I'm trying to cope with ugly sea state. When you are pointed for home it all goes quick. Its a sleep management thing. If she can watch Otto for a few hours while I sleep I've got it made.

That's just it. You never know if you've changed the mind of a voter by the time they actually vote. Some things have to marinate before they sink in.

I doubt anyone debating in these forum will volunteer that they've changed their mind. They'd probably even lie about it.

But I suspect they'd stop making pro-Trump/pro-Biden posts. (Except every blue moon ... to keep up appearances)

BTW, has anyone seen @CaptainObvious lately. :D
