Sources have told Bloomberg that the FBI has not done interviews with Ford or Kavanaugh because the White House hasn’t granted it the authority to conduct them. A source has also told NBC Newsthat the White House felt that the testimony Ford offered under oath last week was sufficient. Experts have said that there could be more information gleaned in a direct interview with investigators that’s not captured in broader Senate testimony.

It is going to roll right through the Senate. Probably the most productive tactic now would be to wait until after the election and if by some miracle the House and Senate both go to Democrats they can try to get Kavanaugh charged with perjury. But they can't successfully impeach him through the usual process because the Constitution requires a 2/3 vote. You can't get around that with a rule change. If he could somehow be prosecuted in District Court that might have some legs.

I have no illusions whatsoever of repubs doing the lawful thing, they better hope they can knee cap Mueller before November rolls around, or this appointment will be for nothing.
Mueller may be better off shelving the investigation until this clown is out and is a civilian, so he can be charged.
Looking for places abroad, I've seen what happens when a country abandons the rule of law. The amount of human right abuses that will be green lit with this court is enough to turn my stomach.
