Official DOJ investigating Trump's coup attempt thread

I was able to view your previous meme, but not the image to the post of yours I'm now quoting. My security settings don't allow it. Was it is about the image you've posted that is causing it to be blocked?

Perhaps I'll ask my computer security expert friend to look at it tomorrow.

In any event, I'm mostly having some fun tonight. The Republicans, although tend to be productive with the tangible, are truly stupid, as seen with their changing of the fifty year status quo on abortion. Democrats tend to excel in the intangible, and while smarter than Republicans in some areas, end up creating counterproductive policies that results in most of us being adversely affected. High energy prices are partially related to Democrat policies disincentivizing exploration and production. Speaking of which, Remember Democrat President Jimmy Carter and the inflation problem they had then? How about the all-time record crude oil prices under Obama? While crude prices have not hit the all-time highs seen in the Obama Administration, apparently gasoline and diesel prices have. Sounds like someone's margins have increased, at least in regards to the consumer side. In a country where consumers are voters, 2022 and 2024 could become interesting. At least if voter's current sentiments are actually reflected in voting results, that is.

So you don't have to worry about me busting your chops too much longer, as no major party is representative to my, or most other voter interests, in my opinion. As I've mentioned several times before, no matter which side is in power, our rights are consistently being whittled away. Most recent examples are increasing restrictions on abortions and gun ownership. My time is better spent elsewhere. So is most who are reading this thread, I suspect.

Wait... did you really say that January 6th caused less damage than ALL the riots in the previous year.....and that is supposed to be some revelation?

I watched the baseball game last night and I bet you the Mets scored less runs than all the baseball games combined last year.

I ate 4 cookies yesterday and I bet you that was less cookies than all of ET posters ate in the entire 2021!

Either you misread my post or I miswrote it. I'll restate here: The damage incurred on January 6th was likely less than most ANIFA and BLM riots. I suppose I could research the actual numbers, but I actually don't remember how many businesses, vehicles, or courthouses were burnt down during the last two hours of the protest on January 6th. Oh, that's right. None of that stuff happened to a significant degree on January 6th. On the other hand, how many reported BLM and ANTIFA protests resulted in injuries, multiple deaths, and significant arson? Wasn't a city partially locked down for many days as a result of ANTIFA protests?

Try again.

No matter how January 6th is characterized by the DNC, their media and their social media trolls, the fact is, in the two hours the protest took place in earnest, one unarmed protester died and less property damage resulted than probably most ANTIFA and BLM coordinated riots in the previous year, much less than all the ANTIFA and BLM riots combined. Hell, most weekends in Democrat stronghold Chicagoland see more damage and lives lost than January 6th.

This brings up an interesting question: If January 6th was so bad and every weekend in Chicagoland is worse, why don't Democrats feel compelled to do anything about it? Oh that's right, January 6th is political, just like the previous, multiple failed politically motivated investigations against Trump, such as the Russia Collusion investigation based on the discredited evidence by a foreign national known as the Steele Dossier.

Imagine if all the money and hours wasted on Trump were instead used for those less fortunate, including many Democrat supporters. It seems to me the only problems modern Democrat politicians are interested in solving is to stay in power, which according to most polls, is seemingly less likely.

BLM protest weren't an attempt to overthrow the goverment.

Sadly it was just 1.

That comment of yours seems uncharacteristically mean. The unarmed woman who was killed was a army medic, if I recall correctly. I wonder how her resume would stack up against most of ANTIFA and BLM arrestees? I went to the mat on George Floyd on the ET thread I created, titled "Please, I can't breath". I created that thread in spite of Floyd's questionable past because I have a sense of justice. Do you?

I have no sympathy for someone who commits treason and tries to overthrow a democratic government.

I think everyone in The Capital should have been shot.I think every person who assisted The Confederacy should have been hanged.
