She was breaking through a window to enter a secure facility with high level protected government officials...including the VP.
Black people have been shot simply sitting in their cars complying with an officer (Philandro for example). She was not standing in the road or sidewalk .

Of course, she wasn't breaking through a window. A good question to ask would be "Why weren't the other people there also shot?"

Why did the Capitol police invite the rioters in?
Why didn't the FBI give a heads up to anyone even thought they had people working on the inside and knew this was coming?
Seems to me that they knew this would escalate, they intended for it to escalate, they acted in facilitating the escalation. Why?
