Cool, i know exactly where you are. Unfortunately, we decided to stay in Palm Beach this summer so will not be needing a desk -- with that said, thanks for the offer. Its a great opportunity for traders who want to be there. Good luck!

hey there. i own some commercial office space here in Fairfield....are you a real estate rep or the landlord? in any case..how is demand right now ..picking up in your area? we are seeing lots of new activity building.
