Offer from Quad Capital (training program). Any Info?

Hi guys,

A couple friends of mine who are traders recommended this site/forums to me as I've been going through the interview process at a couple prop trading firms, and recently received an offer from Quad Capital for their 2 year trading program.

I was wondering if anyone here had any info about the firm, how their best/average traders do, is this a good place to start a career as a trader, etc.

Any feedback would help, thanks!
 
Hey I am going through the app process at Quad Capital ..was wondering what the interview is like..worked at a BB this summer , got an offer and was thinking of moving to the prop side, did u accept the offer ..if so how has the experience been
