Now THATS funny. I hope you were joking, because that is no longer the case. Lichtenstein right now is fighting Germany over bank secrecy, after a raft of tax dodgers surfaced recently
 
Have you ever filled out a tax form? they specificaly ask you to disclose any overseas accounts and interest. Trying to cheat the IRS today with any earnings that are in ANY WAY are logged into the electronic system is one of the most retarded things you could do.
 
The only way to reap returns offshore and legally not report them to the IRS is to marry a citizen of another country. Move to a tax heaven country. Put account into her(or his) name. And hope your spouse does not rip you off. Probably easier to just pay the damn tax.
 
You could check with Elliott on how to do banking that the government will not find out about. He may know a bit about what not to do.

A crime is not a crime if no one can find you or prosecute you. Thing is if you want to cheat, don't cheat for small amount ...do big and cheat big.. like Milken or this other guy who got clemency from clinton....why risk for a few thousand dollars? So, think big!!

This is how you do it.

1. Set up an IBC(offshore company) in Panama, BVI, Caymans etc.

2. Open bank and brokerages acc in company name.

3. Use anonymous ATM-card to access money.

There are an awful lot of people with huge tax bills and/or imprisonment because they thought they could outclever the IRS.

If they can put the crimp on Al Qaeda, putting it on a citizen is a cakewalk. It is a matter of time.
