There you go, traders gambling addiction recovery re-hab. You ever think the reason why most people don´t post on here, is because they are losing money?

TJ in response to your question.

AGENT IS IN CHINA

Guadong or someplace. Got shipment of nylon twine coming in from him and been trying to get different products, or parts to assemble here in Belize, Central America.

Interesting. Do you have his contact information? I would be interested.

Well I finally closed out that Credit Spread that I put on by mistake in the monthly instead of the weeklies. The loss wiped out two months profits. Think it was about $13,612 I lost on it. Will know at the end of the day. Shold have done it immediately I made the entry mistake.
I´m going to concentrate on trading long options, not credit spreads.

Are you putting the mistake in the count? If it was real cash, what would you have done when you realized the mistake?

Hits like this is a core problem of credit spreads. Now, imagine people joining a service for first time and trading real cash, and they get hit on their first trade.

Majority would trade whole account, and lose 50% to 100% of the account.

Also winner do not post, and may even stop reading, because reading and posting can get the bad habits and opinions of others stuck in one's head.

Trading is a lonely endeavor?

Yes, those early adjustments are the key.

Hi Stanford:

Is it a final conclusion (if you mean that adjustments are an edge)?

How is your monthly spread doing? The one you asked about sometime ago?

TJ Max.:)

TJ, I meant the key to not losing as much money when the market starts to go against you.

So far the spreads are still working well. 4.7 and 4% for the two months, will let you know about this one (probabaly a llittle lower as I did some adjustments.

I guess eoption at the top of the page would have been a whole lot less. What is it, $3 per trade plus 10C per contact, so does mean $3.10 per contact total. That would have made the condor commission 1035, right? Michael

I thought there were some places that were much less than $1 per contact, are there?

The eOption rate is $3.00 plus $.10/contract. The $3 is only charged once per order. Therefore, if you traded 1000 contracts, your total commission would be $103.00.
